Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish.

• Experience in field sales or business development preferred.
• Ability to work on-site across San Diego County with a valid driver’s license.
• Proficient with CRM and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Drive territory growth through outside sales and account expansion.
• Build customer relationships and retain revenue.
• Conduct site visits and promote value of JAN-PRO services.
• Support Franchisees and ensure service quality and satisfaction.
• Allocate time in the field to engage customers (minimum 51%).
