Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to provide personalized sales experiences across the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. You will engage in hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, and assist with tech delivery to keep customers connected.

The role requires you to work independently, manage a schedule of appointments, and possess strong sales and negotiation skills. Competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential and comprehensive benefits are also included.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of commission-based sales experience; outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
• Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of scheduled appointments provided by AT&T.
