Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our Cary, NC team. You will manage safety programs, conduct trainings, site inspections, and ensure OSHA compliance while supporting field personnel in English and Spanish.

This role requires hands-on safety experience in commercial construction and the ability to train staff, document incidents, and coordinate with management to keep job sites safe and compliant.

Qualifications

• OSHA 30 certification is required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills required.
• Hands-on safety experience in commercial construction.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments; provide supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel tasks with tools and equipment.
• Support Management in creating New Job Start Up safety requirements.
• Ensure a Safe and Healthy work environment that adheres to OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany and support injured employees through initial doctor visits and return to duty.
• Documentation for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
• Other duties as needed.
