Job summary

AMPAM is seeking an HR Field Recruiter to support field operations across Northern and Southern California. The role requires sourcing, qualifying, and liaising with senior leaders to meet manpower requests, and entails full-cycle recruitment for field talent from San Jose to San Diego.

You will manage postings, background checks, payroll coordination for new hires, and participate in career fairs to promote our brand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred (or equivalent).
• HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
• 3+ years recruiting experience, preferably in construction/facilities.

Responsibilities

• Source talent, interview and qualify applicants, and coordinate background checks.
• Post jobs and manage the offer/hire process, including new hire paperwork.
• Partner with Payroll for processing new hires and employee packages.
• Liaise with field operations leaders to forecast manpower needs.
• Represent the company at career fairs and maintain a positive employer brand.
