Eclipse Advantage in Smyrna, Tennessee seeks a bilingual Field Recruiter to engage the local community and source candidates for a large opening of General Labor, Warehouse and Forklift roles at client locations. You will build relationships, post outreach, and meet placement goals with a focus on community involvement.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting or staffing preferred.
• Basic tech skills with smartphone and computer.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle data discreetly.

Responsibilities

• Grassroots networking to source candidates in the local community.
• Local area recruitment and posting flyers in target areas.
• Attend community events and engage with potential applicants.
• Meet placement goals and enter candidates into ATS.
• Develop relationships with onsite management and client sites.
• Assist with new hire orientations and onboarding.
