Job summary

Precision Walls is seeking a Field Recruiter / Trainer to join our Charlotte, NC team. The role oversees the full recruitment cycle of new hires, conducts phone interviews, and manages applications in our applicant tracking system, while performing initial evaluation and training for new hires.

The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), possesses strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and liaise with the General Contractor's Superintendent.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Bilingual - read/write English/Spanish.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead crew and communicate with superintendent.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee full recruitment cycle of new hires.

• Perform initial evaluation and training of new hires.
• Serve as mentor/liaison between the new hire and manager.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements / Experience

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Bilingual - Ability to read and write English/Spanish
• Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the drywall business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
