Job summary

Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Field Recruiter / Trainer to support field operations. The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and knowledgeable about our business, capable of managing recruitment from start to finish.

You will interview candidates by phone, train new hires, mentor them, and act as liaison between new hires and managers. This on-site role offers problem-solving opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent.

Requirements / Experience

• Education: High School Diploma.
• Bilingual - Ability to read and write English/Spanish
• Strong interpersonal kills to lead the crew and communicate with General Contractor's Superintendent

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the drywall business.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide effective training / recruiting.
