Job summary

Precision Walls Inc is seeking a bilingual receptionist to support the office with various administrative tasks and to improve productivity. You will handle phone calls on a multi-line switchboard, manage mail, and assist with filing and data entry.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma and bilingual Spanish/English. A positive, customer-service oriented attitude and strong attention to detail are required to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize filing system and handle correspondence; process faxes and copies.
• Receive, screen, and direct phone calls on a multi-line switchboard; manage mail distribution.
• Data entry and basic office support to enhance productivity.

Job Duties

Maintain and sustain the general filing system and file all needed correspondence; receive and send fax messagesCopy necessary paperwork to compile benefits packages orientation packages etcReceive and direct phone calls and messages; manage multi line switchboardReceive and distribute mailData entry
