Bilingual Field Operations Supervisor - Milwaukee

Carlson is one of the largest retail cleaning companies in the Upper Midwest, maintaining over 240 properties across 9 states. Our headquarters is located in White Bear Lake, MN, a suburb of Saint Paul. We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage multiple jobs within our Illinois territory. This role requires travel within both states, with a company vehicle provided. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required.

Position Duties:

1. Provide excellent customer service and account management to stores within the assigned district, ensuring all work is completed according to contract scope, company policy, and under the supervision of the District Manager.
2. Manage and train work crews at various locations, including staffing, advertising, training, scheduling, budgeting, and disciplinary actions as needed.
3. Regularly inspect assigned accounts to ensure quality standards are met.
4. Ensure availability and proper functioning of supplies and equipment for assigned locations.
5. Assist with daily cleaning duties and step in as needed when short-handed.
6. Work more than 40 hours per week, including weekends and holidays, and be on call for emergencies.
7. Oversee new employee onboarding, including obtaining Employee ID#, completing and submitting all required paperwork, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
8. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

1. Prior management experience.
2. Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
3. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
5. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
6. Experience working in diverse, multi-cultural environments is preferred.
