Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking a Bilingual Field Operations Specialist to support a federal human services program in Atlanta. The role is field-based with frequent travel, conducting in-person visits, verifying residence information, and documenting observations in accordance with program requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of field operations experience in related area such as human services, community outreach, case management, investigations, residential/community visits, or similar work.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, public administration, emergency management, or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits within an assigned geographic region.
• Verify participant residence locations and document findings accurately.
• Observe and document safety and wellness indicators per program procedures.
• Record relevant household and contact information per program protocols.
• Utilize approved tools, mobile tech, and secure systems for timely documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program operations staff.
• Complete follow-up visits and verification activities as required.
• Prepare visit documentation, reports, and data entry timely and accurately.
• Identify and elevate safety concerns or reportable risks per procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards.
• Protect sensitive participant and program information.
• Follow field safety, travel, and situational awareness protocols.
• Maintain records including calendars, travel logs, mileage, and case notes.
• Participate in required training, briefings, and team meetings.
• Travel domestically on short notice, including overnight travel when required.
• Stand and walk for extended periods on varied surfaces.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
