Job summary

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1+ year field ops experience, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency. The position requires travel 75%–90% and working in varied community settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of field operations experience in a related area.
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, public administration, emergency management, or related field strongly preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits within assigned geographic region.
• Verify participant residence and document findings accurately.
• Observe safety and wellness indicators per program procedures.
• Record household and contact information per protocols.
• Utilize mobile tools and secure systems for timely documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program staff on tasks.
• Complete visit documentation, reports, and data entry.
• Identify safety concerns and report accordingly.
• Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Travel domestically and manage field schedule as required.
