Job summary

The Workforce Group, a LEMOINE company, is seeking qualified bilingual field professionals to support a federal human services program serving vulnerable populations. This role is highly field-based and involves conducting in-person visits, verifying residence information, supporting participant engagement, and documenting observations in accordance with program requirements.

This position requires frequent travel (75%–90%), ability to work independently, and strong safety and confidentiality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of field operations experience or related area.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, criminal justice, psychology, sociology, public administration, emergency management, or related field strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person field visits within an assigned geographic region.
• Verify participant residence locations and document findings.
• Observe and document safety and wellness indicators per procedures.
• Collect and record household and contact information.
• Utilize mobile tools and secure systems for timely documentation.
• Coordinate with supervisors and program teams.
• Complete visit documentation, reports, and data entry timely and accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with security requirements.
