Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant for a full-time, field-based role in New Jersey. You will travel to patient homes to assist with visits, perform phlebotomy, take vitals, translate as needed, and document care in the EMR. Must reside in or near Camden County and hold an accredited CMA certification.

The position emphasizes patient engagement, care coordination, and collaboration with Providers, with competitive pay and full benefits. Bilingual English/Spanish is required.

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant with current credential.
• BLS certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Providers before, during, and after visits to support patient care.
• Take vitals, gather information, assist with translation, and answer questions.
• Perform phlebotomy and other essential medical tasks as directed by the Provider.
• Close care gaps, review consent forms, and keep documentation accurate.
• Coordinate through EHR systems and manage medical supplies for visits.
• Schedule visits and engage patients to improve access to care.
• Drive independently or with the provider to patient visits.
