Job summary

Westat, Inc. is seeking motivated bilingual Field Interviewers for the MEPS project. The role involves conducting in-person and computer-assisted video interviews in English and Spanish with adults in households, traveling to training and field locations as needed, and submitting daily data and paperwork.

This is a part-time, annual program with two data collection periods and occasional travel. Mandatory training in January 2027 and potential local and overnight travel are required.

Qualifications

• Be fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted video interviews with adult household members.
• Contact households in-person or by phone to gain cooperation and set interview appointments.
• Transmit electronic data daily when in the field.
• Complete administrative paperwork and follow data security requirements.
