Job summary

Westat, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to serve as Bilingual Field Interviewers for MEPS in the United States. The role requires conducting English/Spanish interviews with adults, traveling as needed, and using a Westat laptop and MS Teams for data collection.

This is a part-time, annual program with two data collection periods and breaks between rounds. Overnight travel may be required, and eligibility for overtime, vacation, and a 401(k) program is described in the offer.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel locally and occasionally long distances.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and computer-assisted interviews with adults in households.
• Contact households, set appointments, complete interviews, and collect documents.
• Transmit data daily and comply with data security requirements.
