Job summary

Marketplace Chaplains is seeking a part-time Chaplain in the United States (remote field position). The chaplain will serve company employees and their families, visiting worksites weekly as available by client needs.

Bilingual Spanish is required to communicate with diverse employees and families. Responsibilities include providing confidential pastoral discussions, referrals to support resources, and participating in employee orientation to explain chaplain services.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and interfaith setting.
• Strong listening and communication skills with clients, employees, and families.
• Bilingual Spanish required.
• Willingness to visit multiple client sites weekly.
• Confidential pastoral discussions and referrals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Make regular visits to client worksites (usually weekly).
• Provide confidential pastoral discussions for employees and families.
• Assist in planning and attending funerals or grief support as needed.
• Support post-termination care for transitioning employees.
