Job summary

Aspiranet in California is seeking a Family Support Specialist to provide home visitation and case management that supports family stability, early child development, and healthy parent–child relationships through workshops and community resources.

On-site in Antioch, CA, this full-time, non-exempt role reports to the Program Supervisor/Director in Family and Community Services, with a pay range of $21.50–$24.50 per hour and opportunities for training and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in home visitation, family services, or child welfare.
• AA in Child Development or CDA credential with 15 ECE units completed.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of enrolled families per agency policy.
• Provide weekly home visits with curriculum-based instruction and engagement with pre-enrolled clients.
• Maintain regular contact to support family retention and connect families to community resources.
• Host monthly workshops and family engagement activities.
