Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Youth Specialist to join our Family and Community Services division in California. This full-time, on-site role supports youth through case management, home visitation, and collaborative care planning to promote stability and healthy parent–child relationships.

Qualifications

• BA or BS in social work, psychology, or related field with 1 year of child welfare or behavioral health experience.
• Must meet state employment conditions: fingerprint clearance, TB/health exam, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• On-site work in Antioch, CA with community collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide care and supervision of youth at the Receiving Center.
• Complete youth screenings and implement service and safety plans.
• Transport youth and coordinate with nurse and county social workers.
• Maintain the center site and complete documentation in the database.
