CAPSLO is seeking a Family Services Specialist to recruit and enroll children, verify eligibility, and orient families to broad health, nutrition, education, and social services resources. The role collaborates with program staff to maintain health records and support community resource referrals.

The ideal candidate will have an AA/AS or BA/BS in a related field with at least 1 year of case management experience and be proficient in multiple languages.

Formación

• AA/AS in Child Development or related field plus 1 year of client casework/case management experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• BA/BS in Child Development or related field plus 1 year of client casework/case management experience.
• Experience in child recruitment, eligibility verification, parent orientation, and maintaining health records.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and enroll children into the program.
• Orient parents to comprehensive services including Health, Nutrition, Education, Disabilities, Mental Health, and Parent Engagement.
• Refer families to community resources and local social services agencies.
• Maintain child and family health records and program documentation.
• Coordinate with Content experts and Area Managers to meet timelines.
• Plan and support local parent meetings and community collaborations.
