The Tulsa Health Department seeks a Navigation Supervisor to lead Family Navigators and Liaisons, ensuring effective outreach to pregnant women and families within Tulsa County. You will oversee caseload management, referrals, and collaboration with ConnectFirst partners to advance BEST goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, public health or related field.
• Two years of administrative and clerical duties required; 2-3 years in health/social services admin role preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish required; strong interpersonal and communication skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily activities for the Family Navigators and Liaisons.
• Mentor, coach, and support staff performance and development.
• Monitor client tracking systems to ensure reporting accuracy and program accountability.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, performance reviews, and quality assurance activities.
• Travel as needed to support community-based activities and partnerships.
