Tulsa Health Department seeks a Navigation Supervisor to advance the Birth through Eight Strategy for Tulsa (BEST) and connect families with prenatal, postpartum, and early childhood resources in Tulsa County.

You will supervise a team of Family Navigators and/or Family Liaisons, manage a monthly caseload, and work to promote enrollment in prenatal home visitation services and related programs. This role is on-site with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social work, public health or other closely related field.
• Two years of administrative and clerical duties required; 2-3 years in health or social services preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily activities of the Family Navigators and/or Family Liaisons.
• Provide ongoing mentoring, coaching, and performance support to staff to enhance skills and accountability.
• Conduct case reviews, audits, and quality assurance to ensure program standards and documentation.
• Monitor and maintain client tracking systems to support reporting, service coordination, and accountability.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with staff to provide guidance and monitor performance.
• Oversee staff attendance, timekeeping, and leave management processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Participate in staff meetings and leadership activities to support program goals and collaboration.
• Complete required training in support of assigned duties and responsibilities.
