Job summary

Community Action Partnership of San Luis Obispo County, Inc. is seeking a Family Child Care Program Coordinator to develop, implement, and monitor FCC services for families enrolled in CYFS programs.

Under supervision, the FCCPC will train staff, coordinate services across education, health, nutrition, and engagement, and support the program with annual reviews and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE), CD, or related field.
• Three years of related experience; one year with family child care.
• One-year supervisory/administrative or training experience preferred.
• Valid California driver license and insured transportation; DMV printout may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update FCC program plans, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor provider and child records, attendance, and performance standards.
• Coordinate and deliver FCC staff and provider trainings.
• Collaborate with Area Managers and staff to integrate services into FCC programming.
• Participate in annual reviews, needs assessments, and data collection.
• Strengthen family communication and parent engagement, respecting cultural traditions.
• Recruit FCC providers and represent the program at community events.
• Mentor other Family Child Care Coordinators and participate in CYFS meetings.
• Uphold CAPSLO mission and safety standards; take on additional duties as needed.
