Job summary

Justice Resource Institute is seeking a Family-Based Intensive Treatment (FIT) Intensive Care Coordinator - Spanish Speaking in Lawrence, MA to support youth with serious emotional disturbance and their families. This full-time role focuses on coordinating care, leading care planning teams, and liaising with services in home and community settings.

Applicants must be fluent in Spanish and English, hold a bachelor's degree in a related field, have a valid driver's license, and be willing to work

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field is required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Open to flexible work schedule, including evenings and occasional weekend hours.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle; transporting youth is required.
• 21 years of age minimum.

Responsibilities

• Lead Care Planning Teams coordinating services for MassHealth-enrolled youth under 21 with SED.
• Serve as liaison between individuals, partnering agencies, and programs to coordinate care.
• Identify and help families access services and natural supports; monitor effectiveness.
• Provide trauma-informed wraparound services prioritizing youth needs.
• Assist parents and caregivers in developing effective advocacy skills.
