SGA is seeking a Home Visitor to provide in‑home support to families with children aged 0–3 and pregnant mothers. You will conduct regular visits, develop individualized family plans, and help families complete necessary forms while coordinating with the broader program team.

Ideal candidates have a HS diploma or GED, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to work with diverse families. Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred, with occasional evening/weekend hours and travel for home

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree in Child Development or CDA is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience working with young children (0–3) or with parents.
• Must complete Parents as Teachers Model Certification training.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and maintain a caseload of 20–24 children/pregnant mothers.
• Conduct biweekly visits and submit weekly schedules.
• Develop home visit and activity plans with parents based on child assessments.
• Maintain enrollment targets and complete required program documentation and screenings.
• Collaborate with staff to recruit families and facilitate monthly parent/child activities.
