Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Word processing and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make weekly home visits for a caseload of families.
• Educate on parenting, child development and home safety.
• Complete child developmental and parent screens.
• Link families to community resources and complete required documentation.
