Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers is seeking a part-time janitor to maintain a clean and safe facility. You will perform daily sanitization, routine deep cleans, and support building upkeep to ensure a healthy environment for staff and clients.

The role requires punctuality, reliability, and basic Office skills; bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance are required for certain tasks.

Qualifications

• Experience in janitor work is preferred.
• Bilingual/fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; car insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and mop bathrooms; refill bathroom supplies.
• Collect and take out trash from all offices.
• Clean the staff lounge/kitchen; sweep and mop conference rooms; disinfect surfaces.
