Qualifications

• High school education required.
• Customer Service/General Front Desk training is preferred.
• No professional certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to telephone calls professionally, directing callers or taking messages.
• Responds to visitors politely and directs to appropriate staff or locations.
• Communicates in fluent English or Spanish as required by tasks.
• Provides clerical support, including typing and spreadsheets.
• Receives and processes mail and manages postage.
