Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Bilingual in Spanish-English Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in metal fabrication and welding, with a strong understanding of blueprint reading and the ability to work with various materials. This role is essential in ensuring that our products meet high-quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Fabricate and assemble components using sheet metal and other materials as required.
• Perform welding tasks using MIG, TIG, or stick welding techniques to create strong joints and structures.
• Operate cranes and forklifts safely to move materials and finished products around the worksite.
• Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
• Utilize tools such as calipers and measuring devices to ensure precision in fabrication.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve fabrication processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

Skills
