Job summary

America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and support store operations and sales goals. You will help customers select eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts, educate on eyewear care, and maintain accurate records while ensuring a clean, merchandised store aligned with brand standards.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Fluent in reading & speaking both English & Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
