Job summary

America's Best, part of National Vision, is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear, dispense lenses, and educate on care while maintaining accurate records and a clean, organized store. This role emphasizes bilingual communication and adherence to licensing requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
• In some locations, state laws require certain responsibilities to be performed by individuals with specific licenses or credentials.
