Job summary

America's Best in Texas is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional in-store experience while supporting sales goals. You will assist customers in selecting eyewear, dispense glasses and contacts where permitted, and maintain accurate records.

Fluency in English and Spanish and at least 1 year in retail or customer service are preferred. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required, with competitive pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals.
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget.
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law).
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care.
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records.
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards.
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
