Job summary

America's Best is seeking a Sales Associate – Optical – bilingual Spanish to join our team. In this role, you’ll deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting store operations and sales goals.

You will help customers choose eyewear based on lifestyle and budget, dispense glasses and lenses where allowed, educate on care, and maintain accurate records. We offer growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail or customer service experience.
• Fluent in reading and speaking English and Spanish.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while supporting store sales goals
• Help customers select eyewear based on lifestyle, prescription, and budget
• Dispense eyeglasses and contact lenses and provide lens training (as permitted by state law)
• Educate customers on eyewear and contact lens care
• Maintain accurate customer and patient records
• Communicate order status and answer incoming phone calls
• Keep the store clean, organized, and visually merchandised to brand standards
• Support inventory control and loss prevention procedures
• Other duties as assigned
