Ideal candidates have at least 2+ years of front desk experience in a medical office, plus knowledge of insurance workflows and EMR systems (ModMed preferred).

Qualifications

• 2+ years front desk experience in a medical office.
• Orthopedic/spine or surgical practice experience preferred.
• Experience with insurance verification and patient registration workflows.
• Experience with EMR systems (ModMed preferred).
• Bilingual Spanish required and demonstrated customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner.
• Verify patient demographics, insurance, and required documentation.
• Manage incoming calls, scheduling, and appointment confirmations.
• Collect copays, balances, and maintain payment records.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Front Desk Medical Receptionist who thrives in a high-volume environment. This role is critical to creating a professional, efficient, and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients in a courteous and professional manner
