Job summary

Anne Arundel Community College is looking for a Bilingual Testing Assistant to administer and proctor exams for students and certification candidates. This role requires proficiency in both English and Spanish, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining exam security.

The position is full-time and primarily in-person at the Arnold/Main Campus in Maryland, working approximately 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, able to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Experience in customer service and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Available to work Fridays from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Responsibilities

• Administer exams to Spanish-speaking candidates.
• Interview and counsel students regarding educational background and course placement.
• Maintain test-security guidelines and perform clerical work.
