Job summary

IDEAL HOME HEALTH CARE, LLC is seeking an organized EVV Coordinator to support home health operations. You will monitor EVV, patient schedules, and billing, review eligibility, and generate required payor reports in a fast-paced healthcare office.

The role requires attention to detail, ability to work with multiple systems, and timely follow-up with staff to ensure visits and reporting are accurate and compliant.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with computer systems, spreadsheets, and multiple online platforms.
• Ability to monitor time-sensitive information and meet deadlines.
• EVV, home health, healthcare billing platforms (HHAeXchange, Availity, NaviNet, Alora) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient schedules to ensure visits align with approved Plans of Care and are completed as scheduled.
• Monitor EVV Call Dashboard every two minutes during working hours and review daily for missed visits, errors, or incomplete entries.
• Work with caregivers and staff to resolve EVV discrepancies.
• Maintain a minimum 90% quarterly EVV compliance rate per payor and contract requirements.
• Process prebilling items and prepare claims for billing with defined monthly cutoffs.
• Complete missed-shift reports by payor deadlines (e.g., monthly for UPMC & Highmark, weekly for AmeriHealth & Health Partners Plan).
• Use reporting platforms (Microsoft Teams/Excel, NaviNet, HHAeXchange) as applicable.
• Verify insurance eligibility for all patients every Monday (Tuesday when Monday is a holiday) and on the first business day of each month.
