Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or at least three years’ experience in Hospitality, Business or related field
• Preferred - 3 years experience in Food & Beverage, organizing a team for optimal customer service

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales kits, document prospective accounts, organize files, prepare contracts and invoices, take deposits and final payments, and tour the facility with potential clients
• Prepare Banquet Event Orders (BEO) for clients and operations to communicate needs, pricing, and details
• Attend weekly BEO meetings with departments to discuss events and ensure clear communication of details and financials
• Coordinate arrival through departure with groups and act as liaison between the Park and groups for on-site and off-site activities
• Communicate last-minute changes of group functions to staff and ensure follow-through
• Serve as Park on-site liaison during functions as needed
• Review customer satisfaction for banquet services and suggest improvements when needed
• Stay aware of competitive market pricing within the area and adapt as necessary
• Ensure compliance with Alcoholic Beverage & Tobacco Commission regulations
