Job summary

Bonnet Springs Park in Lakeland, FL is seeking a part-time Food & Beverage server to support guests and provide exceptional service. You will take orders, prepare items, handle cash through the POS, and help maintain clean, well-presented outlets.

Candidates should be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, and be comfortable with basic math and English safety procedures. Weekend availability is required to join a dedicated F&B team.

Qualifications

• Must be flexible regarding scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays
• Some High School education or equivalent
• Experience utilizing basic math with add/subtract/multiply/divide
• Proven customer service and communication skills; able to read English language safety, operations, and procedures manuals

Responsibilities

• Communicates with guests to take food and beverage orders
• Prepares customer food and beverage orders

• Maintains equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots breakdowns and/or calls for repairs
• Assists in stocking food and beverage items as needed; performs cash-handling functions with POS
• Ensures F&B outlet adheres to high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service
• Ensures daily operation adheres to operating procedure guidelines
• Assists in other positions in the F&B team as needed

• Ensures the daily operation of the F&B outlet adheres to operating procedure guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications and Skills

• Must be flexible regarding scheduling based on business demands, including nights, weekends and Holidays as needed

REQUIREMENTS
