Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events and Retail Marketer to be the public face of our brand at home shows and retail locations in the Tri-Cities area. You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants while representing a premium national brand.

Ideal candidates are bilingual (English/Spanish) and have strong communication skills, reliable transportation, and weekend availability.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Being bilingual is a significant plus and will set you apart.
• Weekend availability (at least 3 weekend shifts per month) and weekday support.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Comfortable setting up/breaking down event displays.

• Engage the public and start genuine conversations with homeowners at events and retail locations.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to identify customers who need our services.
• Schedule solid appointments for Design Consultants to close the deal.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen as a professional brand ambassador at events.
• Manage the setup and breakdown of displays, signs, tables, and tents.
