Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in the Tri-Cities area is seeking energetic Events and Retail Marketers to engage homeowners at home shows, Lowe's, Walmart, and community events. You’ll be the public face, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Design Consultants.

No two days are the same; you’ll travel to events with setup and teardown responsibilities. Strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish abilities are a plus, with paid training and mileage/phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and bilingual is a significant plus.
• Weekend availability with at least 3 weekend shifts per month and weekday support.
• Coachable, competitive, and goal-driven.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Willing to set up and break down event displays.

Responsibilities

• Engaging the Public: Starting real conversations with homeowners to build rapport.
• Qualifying Leads: Asking questions to identify homeowners who need our services.
• Setting the Stage: Scheduling appointments for our Design Consultants.
• Representing the Brand: Acting as a professional ambassador for a premium national brand.
• Managing Your Space: Setting up and breaking down event displays.
