Renewal by Andersen is seeking an Events and Retail Marketer to be the public face of the brand at home shows, retail locations, and community events in the Tri-Cities area. You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for Design Consultants while representing a premium national brand.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are essential for engaging homeowners and building rapport.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly encouraged to expand outreach in the Tri-Cities area.
• Public-facing or event-based experience is preferred for representing the brand at events and retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Engage the public and start real conversations with homeowners.
• Qualify leads by asking the right questions to identify interested homeowners.
• Set solid appointments for Design Consultants to close deals.
• Represent Renewal by Andersen as a professional brand ambassador at events and retail spaces.
• Handle setup and breakdown of event displays including tables, signs, and tents.
