Qualifications

• Two languages required: English and Spanish; ability to teach in both languages.
• Experience delivering esthetics instruction or training in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for student engagement.
• Proficiency in creating lesson plans and using instructional resources.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans aligned with curriculum.
• Provide theoretical and practical instruction in skincare, facials, waxing, makeup, and esthetician procedures.
• Create an inclusive learning environment that promotes engagement and growth.
• Demonstrate techniques, safety practices, and industry standards in esthetics.
• Supervise hands-on sessions and assess student progress with feedback.
