Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Proficient with common office software and online tools.

Responsibilities

• Support operations across the full ESOL program cycle.
• Assist with outreach, presentations, and workshop materials.
• Assist with program intake and assessments (BEST Plus and others).
• Support online ESOL orientations in English and Spanish.
• Maintain records and data in databases; assist with reporting.
• Translate materials as needed for language access.
• Provide individual student support and Zoom workshops.
• Conduct weekly student outreach to promote attendance and retention.
• Follow up with learners on enrollment, next steps, and certificates.
• Communicate with staff, students and partners; respond to requests.
• Refer students to appropriate services and escalate immigration questions.
• Advocate for students regarding enrollment, healthcare, and services.
