Job summary

Aerotek is seeking a Field Operations Associate to join our Jacksonville, FL team. You will ensure onboarding and compliance documents are up to date and validated with the Compliance department, supporting smooth candidate processing.

You will handle background checks, drug testing, and medical screenings for contractors, maintain the candidate tracker, and deliver outstanding front-office service while supporting day-to-day office operations.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating onboarding documents and ensuring compliance with internal departments.
• Experience handling background checks and drug screening processes.
• Strong front office customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client pre-employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with Compliance departments.
• Manage onboarding packet requirements and update Candidate Tracker until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements.
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area).
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file office paperwork.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

As a Field Operations Associate you will…

• Manage client requirements for the onboarding packet (e.g., authorization forms, drug tests, background checks etc.) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data until candidate is cleared to start.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing and medical screening process for contractors.
• Manage contractor compliance with key E-Verify requirements (e.g., expired documents, expired compliance).
• Provide outstanding front office customer service (telephone and reception area)
• Order, maintain and organize all office supplies, manage mailing and shipments, and file and maintain office paperwork and office directory.
• Provide world class customer service in every interaction to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Aerotek offers an hourly rate of $21.19 as well as a performance-based annual bonus potential of $4,000.
