Job summary

Ibero American Action League in the Buffalo/Niagara region seeks a Business Specialist to assist in implementing the IBC program objectives, helping clients start and maintain profitable businesses.

Under the supervision of the Program Coordinator, responsibilities include developing content, assisting with budgets, and providing technical assistance to Spanish and English-speaking entrepreneurs, with travel between Buffalo and Niagara.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of program content, delivery methods, and budgetary requirements.
• Assist entrepreneurs with business plan preparation and technical assistance.
• Facilitate training classes and workshops with scheduling and curriculum topics.
• Maintain client contact and data reporting for goals and outcomes.
• Travel between Buffalo and Niagara offices to host cohorts.
• Support outreach and marketing campaigns for targeted demographics.
• Assist with planning the Pitch Competition and related events.
• Demonstrate initiative and ability to work outside normal hours.
