Healthcare.com is seeking a Patient Intake Coordinator to support onboarding of pharmacy patients and referral networks. You will serve as the primary contact for patients, prescribers, and insurers, ensuring accurate data entry and swift care coordination.

Ideal candidates will be bilingual in Spanish and English, have Pharmacy Technician Certification, and bring strong customer service and communication skills to a fast-paced, detail-oriented role with varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy Technician Certification required.
• Strong customer service background with phone etiquette and conflict-resolution skills.
• Proficiency in database management and Windows-based software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Welcome patients to TrustRx Pharmacy and be the first point of contact.
• Onboard patients and referrals; maintain and update records.
• Handle high volume calls with patients, physicians, attorneys, and insurers.
• Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to expedite service.
• Log detailed notes and alert sales on account exceptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality and workflow efficiency.
