Care For the Homeless is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to guide clients through intake and enrollment, collecting and verifying eligibility documents for HUD and program requirements.

The role enrolls individuals in health insurance, public benefits, and connects them to housing, healthcare, and resources, with a focus on stability and selfsufficiency. Bilingual skills are highly valued to serve diverse communities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in social services or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in housing services, case management, or similar.
• Experience serving vulnerable populations and working with diverse communities.

Responsibilities

• Carry out enrollment tasks in line with policies and program requirements.
• Collaborate with team, leadership, and external partners to meet program goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting for funders and standards.
• Assist clients with enrollment in health insurance, public assistance, and entitlements.
• Support clients in applying for housing, healthcare, and community resources.
• Manage caseload of up to 25 clients with timely enrollment in programs.
