POSITION SUMMARY:
A Reductions Assistant is required to perform secretarial work and provide senior managers with day-to-day administrative support. Duties include answering phone calls, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments with clients, working as a team with other departments to get final offer/net information for our clients, verifying and organizing medical bills, and executing the appropriate follow-up procedures. Should have both great verbal and written communication skills.
