Kanner & Pintaluga seeks a Legal Assistant to serve as a primary contact between the Firm and attorneys, providing essential administrative and secretarial support to enable effective legal practice.
The role requires a full-time schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM), strong customer service, bilingual English/Spanish capabilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. The position supports fast-paced, team-based environments across multiple offices.

The Legal Assistant is an essential point of contact between the Firm and any subsequent attorneys. They will provide administrative and secretarial support to assigned attorneys to enhance their ability to practice. The Legal Assistant assists with administrative tasks as it relates to the specific office and attorneys.
