Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

AA Window and Gutter Cleaning has been serving the Seattle/Puget Sound marketplace since 1985. Our company specializes in residential roof, window, and gutter cleaning. Our team holds each other to the highest standards when it comes to safety, customer service, and mastery of our craft. Ultimately, we are interested in adding value to our customers in any facet we can.

SUMMARY: This position provides service to English- and Spanish-speaking customers over the phone and reports accurately.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Promptly answer incoming calls, chats, emails, and online inquiries in both English and Spanish, accurately collecting and updating vital customer data.

Accurately answer questions and consistently provide clear and accurate job estimates to customers in both English and Spanish.

Schedule jobs balancing the convenience of the customer with the efficiency of production, assigning customer preference for payment with the goal of getting a credit card on file.

Problem-solve with customers effectively in both English and Spanish, negotiating positive outcomes.

Consistently offer recurring maintenance schedules to all appropriate customers.

Consistently adjust conversation style to match the customer.

Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, focusing on developing lifelong relationships with the company.

Make outbound calls to existing customers in English and Spanish to fill gaps in the schedule in times of low call volume.

Use clear and concise language when describing our services or answering customers' questions.

General

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE :

Bachelor's Degree in an applicable field preferred; experience dealing with the public in a customer service capacity and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Telephone customer support experience preferred.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES :

Professional telephone skills and manner, including volume and technique

Manage multiple activities simultaneously

Ability to pay attention and retain details

Ability to negotiate sales with customers

Personality to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and productive way

Basic Database and Computer Software skills in programs such as Word and Outlook/Email.

Proficiency with smartphone and company-used apps.

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
