Answering Service Care is seeking dedicated Answering Service Agents to deliver professional support across diverse client industries. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, perform lead intakes, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate message relay with empathy in a fast-paced environment.

The role includes live chat, SMS, and email support, with a focus on delivering warm, accurate service while following scripts and industry guidelines.

Answering Service Agent Role

• We're seeking top-notch Answering Service Agents to deliver exceptional support for our clients.
• While you will primarily handle calls for one designated set of industries, you may also support other accounts to assist with overflow as needed.

• Pay Rate at Hire: $16.50/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
• 4 Month Anniversary: $17.00/hr + Weekly Performance Bonus Potential
